I've been to many therapists/psychiatrists/counsellors over the years, but Shev is by far the best practitioner I've had the privilege of sharing my journey with. The work I've done with Shev has been profound and cathartic. Every time I have felt the compulsion to return back to my default mode of habitual habits that don't serve me, Shev has always challenged me and allowed me to gain new perspectives. I've never had someone challenge the validity of my negative beliefs and pave the path for new beliefs to take root the way Shev has - she truly has a gift. It's been a remarkable journey, one that I intend to continue for many years to come.

For me, energy healing, psych-k and therapy are all about the space that is held and created. Ultimately the space Shev creates and maintains for you as her client is one of light, trust, care, safety and warmth. Despite us completely doing all our sessions online. These spaces have become my most sacred and safe. It is within this space where she will probe you with considerate questions, expand your realm of understanding and help you intricately decipher issues which to you seemed impossible to unpack. She celebrates your wins with you, feels your downs and rides the waves of all those moments in between, with you. All the while making sure you grow and learn through it all. After every session I walk away with a new profound perspective, one which I would never have considered otherwise, it’s such an awakening experience. She is the epitome of a therapeutic companion and Psych-k Facilitator where you can feel her aim is to help and guide you through your journey of growth and healing.
